How Can we Help?
“I wanted to write a brief testimonial about our wonderful experience with CCRN. My daughter Emily, age 15, has an extremely challenging syndrome called Smith-Magenis Syndrome. It is quite rare, and very, very hard emotionally and behaviorally. Emily has required a 1:1 PCA with her in school, and on transportation to and from school, since she has been 7 years old. CCRN has provided Emily’s 1:1s for 8 years now, and we could not be happier. The staff hired by CCRN have been wonderful to work with. They are professional and qualified to handle very challenging situations. This is very important in this field, especially when dealing with a child as difficult as Emily. Rachel Orlando has been an amazing behavior therapist for Emily, and truly has a gift in matching appropriate staff with Emily, as well as finding the best possible interventions for her challenging behaviors. I fully trust the hiring and training of CCRN, and know that they are providing capable staff to work with the students they service. I have nothing but positive things to say about CCRN, and hope to continue to have them work with my daughter for many years to come!”
“One strength that CCRN demonstrates is the ability to provide behavioral supports for students with a wide range of needs. Supervisory staff is responsive and shows great accountability in serving students.”
“It has been a pleasure working with CCRN. The staff are always quick to respond to any needs or issues that may arise. I appreciate their attention to detail, especially when it comes to the paperwork submitted to our office for PCA billing. It definitely makes my job much easier.”
“I’ve worked for CCRN for quite some time now, nearly ten years! It’s always felt like they’ve had my back and they’ve been there for me just like family. I’m looking forward to the next ten years being even greater!”
